Charles D. Carter

Staff Sergeant Charles D. Carter is a U.S. Army veteran who served on several Nike Hercules missile sites in South Florida after the Cuban Missile Crisis and in the Army Reserves as a combat medic during the Vietnam War.  He is a military historian, lecturer, and writer about the Cold War, the Cuban Missile Crisis, and Nike Hercules missiles.
