The administration and IFC areas are now a combined Navy and Marine Reserve Center.
The launch area was deeded to the Florida National Guard who deeded part of it to the City of Miramar. Miramar cut a deal with developers to replace it with a combined commercial/residential village.
The Florida National Guard is building the Snake Creek Training Center for its troops.
